About the Programme

Building upon the foundational learnings of the Summer Institute, this programme focuses on advanced leadership development around four key topics: awareness, performance, strategy and transformation.   

 

Our comprehensive programme is structured across a total of three full immersive days. The three days will focus on key aspects of leadership enhancement with classroom-based activities and small group work into three immersive days, each focusing on key aspects of leadership development. The remaining two half-days will be dedicated to technical facility visits, showcasing parts of the industry in the host country.

Candidate Profile

LEAD Programme participants have a minimum of five years of experience leading teams. The programme is open to individuals from all backgrounds and areas of the industry. We strongly advise participants to join this programme after actively applying what they have learned at the Summer Institute (or equivalent WNU programmes) for a minimum of three years. This will allow you to further your growth and identify new leadership opportunities in your career and organization.
